to its first North American VLH project to be located in Ontario, Canada. The Corporation will be working closely with Natural Resources Canada to evaluate the fish-friendliness of

Sage Stone principal, Peter Besenovsky is appointed President and Director of Coastal Hydropower LLC. Coastal Hydropower LLC working with Engineering firm Mead & Hunt, files 16 FERC preliminary permit applications for low-head hydro installations across the United States.

Sage Stone arranges initial tranche of development equity funding for Smart Grid Sector Client EnergyGRID Networks ("EGN") and continues to work with potential investors to provide the corporate equity funding for EGN's Smart Grid in addition to funding for EGN's GridVIEWTM Network Management System.

Sage Stone is developing, together with consortium partners, a gas-fired generating facility in WA State, The Lewis and Clark Energy Project, which would generate 200 MW to 350 MW of clean natural gas-fired regulating capacity, and mid-merit capacity and energy from a simple cycle facility and a CCGT facility respectively.

Sage Stone adds associates to its team of Energy professionals to complement and expand its scope of activities in the development support of clean natural gas-fired generating facilities and green renewable energy facilities, for its Clients, as well as the development of hybrid generating facilities across North America.

Q3 - 2010

Sage Stone adds new client, Qsolar, which has developed the SprayTek79 PV panel manufacturing process and is raising an initial tranche of corporate working capital to fulfill the $50 million plus backlog of orders for its panels.

Sage Stone LLC is engaged under an M&A assignment to lead the process for the divestiture of a nominal 20 MW hydro-electric generating project under development in Ontario for a confidential mid-Cap client. Sage Stone will seek indicative bids followed by a round of short-listed companies that will submit binding bids for the facility, which has a long term PPA with the Ontario Power Authority.
